Hoda did a great job throughout the whole process from A to Z. I moved from Toronto to Ottawa and literally on the very next day I was in Hoda's office as we had an introductory welcoming meeting were she was very helpful and explained what I should expect throughout the whole process and we discussed what I'm looking for and she already started finding suitable places to view. Also, she was very cooperative as my work schedule is very unpredictable and I most of the time told her that I want to view some places with very short notice and she always managed to get appointments after my working hours regardless of the weather as we went on many days when it was raining heavily and she never refused or asked to postpone the appointments. Also, when we were submitting offers, she was very knowledgable with the techniques used by sellers and we managed to secure a deal with almost the same price asked by the seller as per her recommendation and surprisingly to me, the offer got accepted 🙂 Even after we secured the deal, whenever I called her with questions or concerns, she always gives the answers or she provides me with the contacts for the person required. She was along me from the beginning of the search process till I got the house's key. I'm definitely recommending Hoda to anyone I know who's looking to buy a house and I'm definitely dealing with her again whenever I need to buy/sell any property in the future. Great job Hoda!
