I moved from Toronto to Ottawa and literally on the very next day I was in Hoda's office as we had an introductory welcoming meeting were she was very helpful and explained what I should expect throughout the whole process and we discussed what I'm looking for and she already started finding suitable places to view. Also, she was very cooperative as my work schedule is very unpredictable and I most of the time told her that I want to view some places with very short notice and she always managed to get appointments after my working hours regardless of the weather as we went on many days when it was raining heavily and she never refused or asked to postpone the appointments.
